Registration

Only registered users are granted access to the CityView Connect site content.

Click HERE or the Don't have an account? or Create an account link on the login form. You will be asked for your:

  • Full Name - Your name. This name will be used in any correspondence.
  • CityView Connect Username - You will log in using either your username or email address, so be sure it is easy to remember. This name is only used by Connect and not Feedback or any CityView programs. 
  • Password - If you need to reset your password, your account will be locked until a new password is entered.
  • Email address - Be sure to register with your business address. This should be the same email address associated with your CityView user account in order to check Feedback Status. Only registrants with a valid customer email address will be granted access (i.e. do not use a Yahoo, Gmail, etc. account).

Once you fill in the registration form, you will be sent two emails from CityView Connect Help Site <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>. Be sure this address is not blocked by a spam filter. 

  1. Verification - The first email will provide account details and ask you to verify your account request. All you need to do is open the included link to verify or enter the verification code.
  2. Activation notification - You will receive a second email when your account has been activated by CityView staff.
    NOTE: This does not always get processed correctly by email servers, so if you do not receive an email with the subject "Account activated for CityView_News at CityView Connect" wait 1-2 hours after verification and try to log in anyway

Forgotten Username

You can use the email address you registered with to log in.

If you have forgotten the username you registered with, use the Forgot your username? link on the login form and enter the email address you registered with. Your username will be emailed to you from CityView Connect Help Site <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>. Be sure this address is not blocked by a spam filter. 

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the login form and enter the email address you registered with. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOW BE LOCKED UNTIL YOU RESET YOUR PASSWORD. A verification code will be emailed to you from CityView Connect Help Site <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>. Be sure this address is not blocked by a spam filter.  Use the link or copy the verification code and enter your new password.
